Enjoy a private Paint & Sip experience exclusively for you and your guests. Perfect for birthdays, hens parties, celebrations, date days or a relaxing gathering with friends.

Your private artist will guide the group step by step, so no previous painting experience is needed.

Food is not included. Guests are welcome to BYO

Location

Our standard outdoor sessions are held at:
Observatory Hill, Sydney

There is no additional location fee for scheduled small-group sessions of up to 10 guests. The exact meeting point will be sent to guests before the session.

If you would prefer a private session at your home, workplace or another location, please contact us for a customised quote. Travel or site-hire fees may apply.

Weather Arrangements

As this is an outdoor experience, all sessions are subject to suitable weather conditions.

If rain or unsuitable weather is expected, the session may be moved to one of the following backup locations:

1. Our covered garden location in 2 Cambridge St, Epping
2. VQ Art Studio — 33A West Parade, Eastwood

Guests will be notified in advance if possibleabout any location changes. If neither backup location is suitable or available, the session will be rescheduled to another date.

The full Epping address will be provided privately after the alternative location has been confirmed.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or booking credit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Late arrival does not extend the scheduled finishing time.
- The painting theme may vary between scheduled sessions.
- Outdoor sessions may be relocated or rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, extreme heat or other unsuitable conditions.
- If we cancel the session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, guests may choose another date or receive a full refund.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all rules that apply at the selected public location.

Minimum booking: 2 guests.

Optional Extras

Private group experiences, customised painting themes and sessions at your preferred location are available upon request.

Additional travel fees, site-hire charges or setup fees may apply depending on the location and group size. Please contact us before booking to receive a customised quote.
