Enjoy a creative afternoon outdoors with good company, beautiful views and a picnic setup made just for you.

This 2-hour experience combines guided painting, a styled outdoor picnic and a mini grazing box — perfect for a date, birthday, girls’ day out, celebration, holiday activity or simply a relaxing creative escape.

Choose ONE of the following painting options for your group:

1. Texture Painting – explore texture, colour and creative mark-making using a variety of materials.

2. Paint Your Mate – create a fun and personalised portrait of your friend, partner or someone special.

3. Paint & Sip – enjoy a relaxed guided painting session inspired by colour, creativity and the beautiful surroundings.

Please note: Everyone in the same booking must choose the same painting option, so our instructor can prepare the materials and guide the group together.

What to bring

Small groups: Our styled picnic setup is included at no additional setup fee for small group bookings.

Larger groups: For larger group bookings, an additional picnic setup fee may apply depending on the group size, location and setup requirements.

Weather & Location Changes

As this is an outdoor experience, all sessions are subject to suitable weather conditions.

If rain or unsuitable weather is expected, the session may be moved to one of the following backup locations:

Covered garden location — 2 Cambridge St, Epping
VQ Art Studio — 33A West Parade, Eastwood

Guests will be notified in advance of any location changes whenever possible.

If neither backup location is suitable or available, the session will be rescheduled to another date.

The full Epping address will be provided privately once the alternative location has been confirmed.

Booking Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or booking credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled finishing time.
The painting theme may vary between scheduled sessions.
Outdoor sessions may be relocated or rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, extreme heat or other unsuitable conditions.
If we cancel the session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, guests may choose another date or receive a full refund.
Guests are responsible for complying with all rules applicable to the selected public location.
Minimum booking: 2 guests.
