Your gift card can be used towards any eligible experience at Queenie Art Garden or VQ Art Studio, giving the recipient the flexibility to choose an experience that suits them.

No need to decide on a date when you give the gift.

Simply choose the amount, send it to someone special, and let them choose what, when and how they would like to create.

Location

1. Blues Point: Enjoy a beautiful harbour-side setting with views towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

2. Observatory Hill Park: A relaxed green setting with beautiful city and harbour views — ideal for a creative afternoon picnic.

3. Mrs Macquarie Chair: A peaceful local setting surrounded by greenery, perfect for a more relaxed outdoor creative experience.

4. Barangaroo Reserve: contemporary harbour-side location surrounded by natural landscapes and Sydney's city atmosphere.

5. Lavender Bay: A picturesque waterfront setting with beautiful harbour views, perfect for a relaxed and intimate picnic.Exact meeting point will be confirmed after booking and may vary slightly depending on the selected location and setup requirements.

Weather & Location Changes

As this is an outdoor experience, all sessions are subject to suitable weather conditions.

If rain or unsuitable weather is expected, the session may be moved to one of the following backup locations:

Covered garden location — 2 Cambridge St, Epping
VQ Art Studio — 33A West Parade, Eastwood

Guests will be notified in advance of any location changes whenever possible.

If neither backup location is suitable or available, the session will be rescheduled to another date.

The full Epping address will be provided privately once the alternative location has been confirmed.

Booking Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or booking credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled finishing time.
The painting theme may vary between scheduled sessions.
Outdoor sessions may be relocated or rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, extreme heat or other unsuitable conditions.
If we cancel the session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, guests may choose another date or receive a full refund.
Guests are responsible for complying with all rules applicable to the selected public location.
Minimum booking: 2 guests.
